Thermokinesis

Thermokinesis is the ability to create heat its fairly easy to do.

Techniques: thermoball
cup your hands like you are making a psi ball but focus on the atoms in the air between your hands and force them to move faster and faster . doing this gernerates increadible heat. then when you think its hot enough throw it at your target it may take a little practice but you should be able to heat up your target.

Warning it may damage skin if hot enough.

Heating objects: visualize every molecule around the object rubbing together and heating up.
